Glow with some HOMEMADE Fruit Facials

FIGS :
        Mash some figs and mix it with walnut paste and milk. Apply this as a fresh cream for an about 15 minutes and wash off with fresh milk.
      It is good for skin that is dehydrated.







APPLES :
                Boil and mash an apple and mix with 1 tsp of honey and apply on your face. Leave for about 10 minutes for soft skin.

AVOCADOS :
                        In a blender whip together mashed avocado mixed. 1 tsp of fresh cream and few drops of honey. Apply this onto the skin for 15 minutes and wash off with lukewarm water.
                       Best for nourishing dry and sun damaged skin.








POMEGRANATES :
                                    Take the seeds of one pomegranates, pound it in a petal and mortal. To this coarsely pound mixture add 2 tbsp almond powder and 2 tsp milk powder. Mix well and gently rub on the skin in a rotating manner. Wash off with milk and then with lukewarm water.












STRAWBERRY:
                           Mashed few strawberries and mix with curds. Apply evenly on the face and leave 15 minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water.
                           Use as best scrub.


BANANA :
                   For a perfect mask, mashed a banana with honey and 1 tsp of oatmeal. Apply and leave for 15 minutes and wash off with little milk.










ORANGE :
                 Just rub the skin with orange peel or sun dry and powder the peels and store for later use. You can use this powder with milk and honey to make a natural nourishing scrub.



PAPAYA ;
                 Take mashed papaya with 2 tsp pineapple juice. 1 tsp glycerin, 1 tsp milk powder. Mix well and apply the paste on face for 15-20 minutes. Wash after 20 minutes.
