      When was the last time you got yourself a good hairbrush? While buying, most of us just grab the first one we spot on the shelf of a store or from our Kiranawala. All the money we often waste in buying expensive hair products would amount to nothing if we aren't using the suitable hairbrush suites for our hair.

 NATURAL BRISTLE BRUSH :

 FOR: Fine, straight hair.

TO: Add a glossy finish, this one's gentle on the hair

helps redistribute sebum throughout the strand of the moisture. It is also used for brushing out curls and giving a lot of volume to straight blowouts.

MIXED BRISTLE BRUSH
For: Normal to thick hair
To: Brush your hair day-to-day basis.

VENTED BRUSH :
For: All hair types
To: Reduce blow-drying time, this brush has holes or slits through the back. It decreases blow-drying time allowing air to flow through the brush. Use this one when trying to create volume.

ROUND BRUSH
For: Straight as well as curly hair.

PADDLE BRUSH
For: Straight hair.
To: Smoothen straight hair. Paddle brushes have bristles coming out of an oft, air-filled rubber cushion that bends with your scalp to lessen the damage caused due to pulling. This brush is best used before ironing.

For: Frizzy hair

TAIL-COMB
For: Straight to wavy hair

How to clean your hairbrush?

Ingredients: 4 cups hot water, 1/4 cup baking soda.

Directions :

• Use your fingers or brush to remove hair from the bristles.

• Let brushes soak for an hour.
• Remove the brushes, and use air-dry or blow-dry.
